4x4 AMBULANCE VEHICLE – SIMPLE REMOVAL – 0 KM

Type A simple-removal ambulance pickup 4x4 – single-cab pickup vehicle, with 4x4 traction, zero km, airbags for the cabin occupants, ABS brakes on all four wheels, model of the contracting year or the following year, adapted/ambulance for simple removal, equipped with a resistant fiberglass/plastic box, adapted with rear doors. With minimum load capacity of 1,000 kg; engine with minimum power of 100 hp; with all standard equipment not specified and required by CONTRAN; snorkel for air intake of the engine and differential; total volumetric capacity not less than 5.5 cubic meters.
Electrical System: original vehicle system, with installation of an additional battery of minimum 100 A. Regardless of the alternator power required, alternators under 120 A will not be accepted. Direct-current inverter (12 V) to alternating (110 V) with minimum capacity of 1,000 W of maximum continuous power, with pure sine wave. Internal electrical panel of at least one integrated power strip with at least 04 sockets, being 02 tripolar (2P+T) 110 VAC and 02 for 12 V (maximum power 120 W), switches with illuminated keys; natural and artificial lighting.
Secondary Front Signaler: linear front bar semi-embedded in the ambulance’s front deflector, 02 LED signalers on each side of the ambulance’s front fairing in red color with operating voltage of 12 VDC and maximum nominal consumption of 1.0 A per signaler. 02 signalers at the rear in red color, with minimum frequency of 90 flashes per minute, operating even with the rear doors open and allowing visibility of the emergency signaling in traffic when activated, with injected polycarbonate lens, impact-resistant and UV-treated against discoloration. Shall provide report proving compliance with SAE J575 and SAE J595 (Society of Automotive Engineers) standards regarding vibration, humidity, dust, corrosion, deformation, and rear light tests.
Acoustic Signaling: amplifier with minimum power of 100 W RMS @ 13.8 VDC, minimum of 03 distinct tones, megaphone system with gain adjustment and sound pressure at 1 meter of at least 100 dB @ 13.8 VDC; shall provide report proving compliance with SAE J1849 (Society of Automotive Engineers) regarding requirements and guidelines for electronic siren systems with a single loudspeaker.
Fixed Oxygen System.
Ventilation of the vehicle provided through windows and air conditioning. Driver’s compartment with air conditioning, ventilation, heater, and defogger original from the chassis manufacturer or factory-approved. For the patient compartment, original from the chassis manufacturer or factory-approved, an air-conditioning and ventilation system according to item 5.12 of NBR 14.561. Thermal capacity of the rear compartment air-conditioning system of at least 30,000 BTUs.
Retractable doctor’s chair beside the head of the stretcher.
In the patient compartment, parallel to the stretcher, a foldable lateral bench, trunk-type. **“Retractable or bi-articulated stretcher, made of duralumin; with a minimum length of 1,800 mm, with a system for elevating the patient’s torso by at least 45 degrees and with mattress. Present the manufacturer’s authorization for company operation (AFE), as well as registration or listing of the products with ANVISA; 24-month warranty. Test meeting ABNT NBR 14561/2000 and AMD Standard 004, performed by an accredited laboratory.
Internal design: dimensions the internal space of the ambulance, aiming to position, in an accessible and practical manner, the stretcher, seats, equipment and devices to be used in victim care. Vertical handhold or grab bar, next to the right rear door, to assist boarding, finished in yellow.
Left-side cabinet of the vehicle, bench-type, for accommodation of equipment, for support of equipment and medications; supply of adhesive vinyl for vehicle graphics, composed of (Star of Life and SUS) and the word (AMBULANCE) on the hood, sides and rear windows.
Technical specification: documents to be submitted with the commercial proposal after accreditation: the company shall submit with the commercial proposal the Certificate of Compliance with Traffic Legislation – CAT, referring to the vehicle transformation, specifying: make/model/version, together with the basic adaptation project “descriptive report,” in accordance with DENATRAN Ordinance 190/2009, in the name of the bidding company.
Proof that the product to be used in assembling the visual system meets the specification established in this Terms of Reference, by means of a certificate issued by the manufacturer or supplier to the transforming company.
Proof that the product to be used in assembling the acoustic signaling system with amplifier shall not generate electromagnetic noise or any other type of signal that interferes with radio or mobile telephone reception.
A report shall be provided proving compliance with SAE J575 and SAE J595 (Society of Automotive Engineers), regarding tests against vibration, humidity, dust, corrosion, deformation and Class 1 photometry for the luminous signaler and ruby-colored auxiliary lights, and Class 2 for auxiliary lights of the other required colors; a catalog and/or prospectus of the signaler written in Portuguese shall be submitted.
Reports shall be presented: flammability to comply with CONTRAN 498/2014 regarding non-metallic internal coatings of the patient compartment for the following items: thermal insulation, side wall covering, ceiling covering, floor covering, door covering, partition covering, and seat upholstery; stretcher anchoring tests and registration of the products with ANVISA.
Anchoring test of the seat belt of the chest-type storage bench installed in the patient compartment in the vehicle body, as provided in ABNT NBR 14561:2000 in the name of the transforming company; anchoring test of the three-point seat belt of the doctor’s seat in accordance with ABNT NBR 6091:2015, in the name of the transforming company; flammability report of the ABS coating.”** Declaration that the ambulance coating contains an antimicrobial additive in compliance with Standard JIS Z 2801:2000 and CONTRAN Resolution 498, with proven traceability, issued in the name of the manufacturing company for the transforming company.
Proof of registration or certificate of enrollment of the company with the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA) and the CREA registration certificate of the engineer responsible for the company.
Report of the oxygen hose; report of the compressed air hose.
Acoustic and visual signaler – certificate of conformity or laboratory test demonstrating that the visual signaling system to be supplied meets the following standards, in their respective latest editions:
● SAE J575 – visual signaler
● SAE J595 – Class 1 red – visual signaler
● SAE J578 – visual signaler
● SAE J845 – Class 1A red – visual signaler
External lighting – notarized copy or original laboratory test report proving that the sequential external luminaires meet Standards SAE J575 and SAE J595;
Strobes – notarized copy or original laboratory test report proving that the strobes to be installed in the headlights meet Standards SAE J575 and SAE J595.
Certificate(s) of proof of aptitude for supplying goods compatible with the object of this procurement, issued by a legal entity under public or private law, in the name of the bidding/transforming company.
Include with the proposal the Technical Report of Thermal Comfort Testing in Passenger Transport Vehicle, RT:2303/23 or RT:2310/23, in the name of the bidding company.
Warranty: 12 months.
